  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh peas (can substitute frozen peas)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, and peas.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
  5. Add the chopped herbs and mix until evenly distributed.
