Delightful mini sweet peppers stuffed with a creamy cheese filling, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

  • 12 mini sweet peppers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the tops off each mini sweet pepper and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each mini pepper with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is slightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly, then garnish with chopped chives.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These peppers make a great addition to any party platter. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
