A creamy and flavorful dip with spicy sausage and zesty Rotel tomatoes, perfect for gatherings and game nights.

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage (hot or mild)
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese (cut into cubes)

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.
  2. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  3. Add the undrained can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies to the skillet and stir to combine.
  4. Incorporate the cream cheese cubes until melted and heated through, stirring frequently.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or turkey sausage. Add jalapeños for extra spice.
