Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt cream cheese with milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Toss the pasta with the sauce, coating thoroughly.
