A fun twist on a childhood favorite, these no-bake protein balls combine cream cheese and Oreo cookies for a satisfying and nutritious snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened (226g)
  • 1 cup Protein Powder (whey or casein) (approximately 80g)
  • 1 package Oreo Cookies, crushed (about 30 cookies)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (10g)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk (dairy or plant-based) (30ml)
  • Optional: additional crushed Oreos for rolling

Instructions

  1. Beat the Cream Cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in Protein and Cocoa until combined.
  3. Add Milk gradually, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is workable.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies gently.
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  6. Optional: Roll the balls in additional crushed Oreos.
  7. Chill the balls on a lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

These protein balls pair wonderfully with a glass of milk or a smoothie. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about one week or freeze for up to 3 months.
