Delicious and creamy keto fat bombs that are perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while keeping carbs low.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup low carb chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Stir in the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the low-carb chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Place in the freezer and let them freeze for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For a unique twist, add crushed nuts or shredded coconut. Adjust sweetness based on preferred sweetener.
