  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Create the creamy base by melting cream cheese in the skillet and adding diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.
