A delicious slow-cooked dish with rich, creamy chicken, ranch dressing, and crispy bacon. Perfect for weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix generously over the chicken.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place it on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine it with the melted cream cheese and ranch.
  5. Next, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Serve warm, and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

This recipe can be easily adjusted by adding veggies or using different cheeses. Leftovers freeze well.
