A delicious and creamy dish featuring juicy chicken, ranch seasoning, and cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the cream cheese and seasoning.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding hot sauce or pepper flakes. Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
