  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into burger patties, making them slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes
