A delicious and hearty dip combining ground beef, cheese, tomatoes, and beans. Perfect for gatherings, game days, or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or cheese blend)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the shredded cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped jalapeños or other spices. Use a mix of cheeses for a more complex flavor.
