A simple yet satisfying creamy pasta dish featuring cottage cheese and Parmesan, reminiscent of home-cooked goodness.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Notes
