  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour (or any flour of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, vegetables, herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until the ingredients form a dough-like consistency.
  4. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet in a circular shape to form a crust.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melty.
