  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients by measuring out your cottage cheese and cracking the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese and eggs in a large mixing bowl until a uniform batter forms.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
