Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, for roasting
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, for a punch of flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, to create a savory undertone
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, for that delectable cheesy finish
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, optional, for a hint of heat
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, for a fresh zesty kick

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the washed and cut broccoli florets with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Spread the broccoli out in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot vegetables.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For a unique spin, try adding sun-dried tomatoes or olives. Ensure the broccoli is cut into uniform sizes for even cooking.
