Indulgent cookies filled with Oreo and chocolate chips, evoking childhood memories of baking.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini cookies
  • 12 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until mixed.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini cookies.
  7. Prepare each cookie by scooping a tablespoon of dough, placing one Oreo in the center, and wrapping the dough around it.
  8. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For uniformly sized cookies, use a cookie scoop. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
