  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream the Base by combining softened cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the brown sugar and powdered sugar gradually, mixing on low speed before increasing to fully incorporate.
  3. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes if desired, or serve immediately.
