A rich and creamy coffee ice cream that brings comfort and nostalgia to warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Serve scoops of the coffee ice cream plain or with toppings of your choice.

Notes

For best texture, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
