Delightful Coconut Toffee Bars with a sweet, crunchy texture and a hint of chocolate bliss.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, shredded coconut, toffee bits, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
