Delightful no-bake squares combining the creamy goodness of coconut, rum, and graham cracker for a tropical treat.

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press into the dish: Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  3. Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Cut and serve: Take the dish out from the fridge, and using a sharp knife, cut into squares. Serve cold.
