A delightful breakfast dish featuring rolled oats soaked in coconut milk, yogurt, and topped with fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, coconut milk or cream, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup in a bowl or jar. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the shredded coconut and mix well until evenly distributed.
  3. Cover your bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir and add fresh fruit on top before serving. Enjoy directly from the fridge!

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir before enjoying and add coconut milk if too thick.
