A delightful mashup of comforting cinnamon rolls and wholesome baked oatmeal, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey for non-vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Chopped nuts (your choice)
  • Fresh fruits (like bananas or berries)
  • Additional maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well-coated.
  5. Add your choice of chopped nuts and fresh fruits.
  6. Bake in a greased baking dish for approximately 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes
