A vibrant and zesty chicken dish that combines fresh lime juice, cilantro, and garlic for a flavorful summer grilling experience.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Create the flavorful marinade by mixing lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken in a zip-top bag with the marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Prepare the chicken by removing it from the marinade and discarding the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with additional chopped cilantro if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F.
