A delightful fusion of churros and cheesecake featuring a buttery graham cracker crust and a rich dulce de leche swirl.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Swirl dulce de leche throughout the cheesecake and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. You can also drizzle chocolate sauce or extra dulce de leche on top.
