A delightful and easy dessert that combines the tartness of cranberry sauce with the sweetness of peaches and pineapple, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) peaches, drained and diced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the cranberry sauce, peaches, and crushed pineapple evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the yellow cake mix with ground cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the fruit layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering it completely.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden and cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
