A delightful spread made with creamy butter, tangy cranberries, and sweet honey, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter, chopped cranberries, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or roll it into a log and wrap in parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes
