A hearty and satisfying sandwich filled with crispy bacon, tender chicken, and juicy ground beef, topped with zesty ranch dressing.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • 46 slices thick-cut bacon
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces.
  2. Add diced chicken to the same skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  4. Mix together the chicken and beef in the skillet. Add chopped bacon and stir to combine.
  5. Pour in ranch dressing and stir until well-coated. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Slice hoagie rolls in half lengthwise and spoon the meat mixture onto the rolls.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
