  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, and let cool slightly.
