A delightful Chocolate Raspberry Tart with rich chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries, perfect for any special occasion or as a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries for topping
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the tart shell according to package instructions until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  3. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium until it simmers.
  4. Create the ganache by adding chopped dark chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract to the warm cream. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fill the cooled tart shell with the chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly.
  6. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Add fresh raspberries on top once the tart is set.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of elegance, if desired.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a shinier ganache, use cream with higher fat content. Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate.
