A delightful dessert combining chocolate and peanut butter with a warm, gooey center.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  6. Divide half of the batter among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Add a dollop of peanut butter to the center of each ramekin, then cover with the remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert onto plates. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top. You can also add a sprinkle of crushed peanuts or drizzle chocolate sauce for extra flavor.
