Chocolate Peanut Butter Lasagna

A delicious no-bake dessert that layers rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 9 whole graham crackers
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch pan with whole graham crackers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix until well combined. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the graham crackers in the pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding with the milk according to package instructions. Spread the pudding over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. For extra flavor, a pinch of salt can be added to the peanut butter mix.
