Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate cookies (crushed)
  • 100g butter (melted)
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g heavy cream
  • 100g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g dark chocolate (for glaze)
  • 100ml cream (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a dome mold.
  3. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, melted dark chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the mascarpone mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate and mix it with cream until glossy.
  6. Pour the glaze over the chilled dessert.
  7. Let the dessert set in the fridge before carefully unmolding.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
