Delightful cookies combining rich chocolate flavor with sweet marshmallow cream, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Swirl marshmallow cream on top of each cookie using a small spoon.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. For longer storage, freeze them well-wrapped.
