A delightful breakfast casserole that combines fluffy pancakes with chocolate and gooey marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and swirl in the melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute half the milk with buttermilk. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
