Indulge in this exquisite Chocolate Dome Dessert featuring a crunchy dark chocolate shell and a creamy mascarpone filling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 50g sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of dome molds with the melted chocolate and let it refrigerate until set.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  5. Fill the chocolate dome shells with the mascarpone cream mixture and refrigerate until firm.
  6. Unmold the domes from the molds and serve on a plate.
  7. Garnish with additional melted chocolate as desired.

Notes

Serve with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream for the perfect pairing.
