A stunning dessert that combines the richness of dark chocolate with creamy mascarpone cheese, all wrapped in an elegant dome.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of a silicone dome mold with the melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer.
  3. Chill in the fridge until set.
  4. Mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
  6. Fill each chocolate dome with the mascarpone mixture.
  7. Seal the top with melted chocolate if desired.
  8. Chill again until serving.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
