An indulgent chocolate dessert featuring layers of rich dark chocolate and creamy mascarpone. Perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate gently until liquid. Coat the insides of silicone dome molds with the melted chocolate and chill to set.
  2. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and thick.
  3. Fill the chocolate molds with the mascarpone cream using a spoon or piping bag.
  4. Seal the tops of the molds with more melted dark chocolate and chill until set.
  5. Serve the chocolate domes chilled, optionally garnished with sea salt or cocoa powder.

Notes

For a glossy finish, temper the chocolate before use. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
