A stunning dessert featuring rich dark chocolate and creamy mascarpone that will impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Coat the interior of silicone dome molds with the melted chocolate and chill until set.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  5. Remove the chocolate shells from the molds and fill them with the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Cover the top with more melted chocolate to seal.
  7. Chill until firm, then carefully remove from the molds.
  8. Serve as a show-stopping dessert at your next dinner party.

Notes

For serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce or sprinkle fresh berries. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
