A creamy and delicious dip that captures the essence of cookie dough without the need for baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat treated)
  • 1 can (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream the sugars and butter in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the bowl, mixing until well combined.
  3. Stir in the heat-treated flour gradually until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
  5. Serve the dip in a serving bowl with assorted dippers.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir well before serving.
