Delightful chocolate chip cookie dough cups, combining all the joy of cookie dough in a fun, indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate for coating (milk or dark)

Instructions

  1. Creaming the Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Mix in the flour until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  6. Scoop a ball of cookie dough into each liner.
  7. Melt the chocolate.
  8. Coat the cookie dough with the melted chocolate.
  9. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
  10. Remove the cookie dough cups from the liners and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
