- 1 cup chocolate for coating (milk or dark)
Instructions
- Creaming the Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Mix in the flour until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Scoop a ball of cookie dough into each liner.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Coat the cookie dough with the melted chocolate.
- Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the cookie dough cups from the liners and enjoy!
