A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of cream, ripe mangoes, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream or whipped cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (about 200g) graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish to create a solid foundation.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced mangoes.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy the smiles!

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with mint leaves or toasted coconut. Pair with iced tea or a tropical smoothie.
