  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the kofta mixture: In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the koftas: Form the mixture into small oval-shaped balls or patties. Mold the mixture around skewers for grilling, if desired.
  3. Cook the koftas: Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Place the kofta on the grill or skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the garlic yogurt sauce: Mix the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Serve the dish: Serve the chicken kofta warm with garlic yogurt sauce on the side, garnished with parsley or cucumbers.

Notes
