A comforting, creamy chicken casserole that combines tender chicken, rice, and crunchy veggies, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Add breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and serve hot.
