A warm and cheesy casserole featuring crispy hashbrowns and gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the frozen hashbrowns and 1 cup of shredded cheese until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top the casserole with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
