A heartwarming casserole featuring seasoned ground beef, crispy tater tots, and melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until the meat is beautifully browned.
  3. Combine the cream of mushroom soup with the beef mixture, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer the beef mixture in a baking dish, then top with the tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese liberally over the tater tots.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
