Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and a light jiggle remains.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  8. After cooling, top with sour cream and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
