A rich and creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press it into a springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar until creamy and smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  6. Gently stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the creamy mixture over the crust in your springform pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Serve plain or with seasonal fruits, chocolate ganache, or whipped cream. Can be made a day in advance.
