A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake and sweet edible cookie dough, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for crust)
  • Extra chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. In serving cups, layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of edible cookie dough, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  7. Top with extra chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
