A delightful combination of rich cheesecake and edible cookie dough layered in cups, perfect for gatherings or a cozy treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for crust)
  • Extra chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of serving cups.
  5. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by cookie dough, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  7. Top with extra chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Can pair with fresh berries or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
