Delicious Cheesecake Blueberry Dump Cake

A delightful twist on the classic dump cake combining creamy cheesecake and juicy blueberries, perfect for all occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 8 oz Full-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 box Classic yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in half a cup of sugar and one egg, mixing until well combined. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Spread the blueberries evenly across the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle a little sugar on top if desired.
  4. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the blueberries and spread it evenly.
  5. Open the cake mix and sprinkle it evenly over the cream cheese layer without mixing.
  6. Melt one cup of unsalted butter and pour it evenly over the cake mix.
  7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Once baked, let the cake cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
